Give to Live...Live to Give!

Years ago, The KidSAKE Foundation (KidSAKE) had a blog. We shared pictures of our events and adventures, many of them in Honduras. We talked about lessons learned, beautiful people and interesting places. It was difficult to keep up when we moved and shifted our energies, had a brick and mortar space, and multiplied our partnerships and activities on the ground in the U.S.

Then, those blog posts went away with the old website as we ushered in a new one, a wide array of activities, big projects and lots of people. It's time now, however, to connect again in this way; to not only share what we're doing, but why we are doing it. We invite you to join in the conversation.

Hopefully, this conversation and space will spark a light that attracts many, so that our light can shine bigger and brighter. We hope you bring your friends, share our links, and feel encouraged by what we are striving to build and do with our time, talents, and resources.

The world is changing in ways we can see and feel, where once, not long ago, it was much less noticeable and changes seemed to be isolated and unique. Time moved a bit slower then. Our big earth has gotten a lot smaller in the last three years as we've faced untold challenges, heartbreaks, upheaval, becoming much more aware of how we are each connected in the web of life, all of us, linked together by the activities and agendas of others.

We at KidSAKE think that we can transform the world by uniting in this cause. What do you think? We also think that giving is a seed of love and a fruit of loving. The KidSAKE Foundation is launching a unique Give to Live Campaign in April that we hope will inspire you. I will post more about the project in a future blog, but if you want a sneak peak, you can go to this link: https://www.thekidsakefoundation.org/news.

Also, thank you for your patience as we learn new blogging software!

Wishing you the best day ever. Light and Love, Jenny.
